VISITING SUPPORTERS

Stadium Address

The University of Bradford Stadium
Valley Parade
Bradford
West Yorkshire
BD8 7DY

Built in 1886, the University of Bradford Stadium was originally the home of Manningham Rugby Football Club.

In 1903, the code was changed from rugby football to association football and the ground became home to Bradford City.

The stadium is an all-seater venue and has a maximum capacity of 24,840.

Away supporters are housed in blocks F and G of The Bradford Lifts Stand - next to the electronic scoreboard (south end).

Subject to away ticket demand, The TL Dallas Stand will also be open to travelling supporters.

Five stands make up the University of Bradford Stadium:

The Morrisons Family Stand

Commonly known as the University of Bradford Stadium's main stand, the Morrisons Family Stand holds 9,004 supporters across its two tiers, while also housing the club's press box, executive boxes and conference, banqueting, directors' and hospitality suites.

The Bradford Lifts Stand (East) - Away Supporters

The Bradford Lifts Stand - situated on Midland Road - has one tier which houses both home and visiting supporters. It holds a maximum of 4,500 people.

The Kop (North)

The 'home end' is on the north side of the University of Bradford Stadium and has a capacity of 7,392 spectators. The Kop is also home to the Bantams Bar, open to supporters on matchdays.

The TL Dallas Stand (South) - Away Supporters (subject to demand)

The smallest of the ground's five stands is situated at 'the Bradford end' of the University of Bradford Stadium. It is a two-tiered structure holding 1,644 supporters.

PLEASE NOTE: When in use, the best way for wheelchair users to access The TL Dallas Stand is down Valley Parade and then South Parade, and then DOWN Holywell Ash Lane (this is a steep hill, so please descend Holywell Ash Lane instead of attempting to climb up it which a wheelchair). Gate SB will be on your left as you pass down Holywell Ash Lane, into the back of the players' tunnel, and wheelchair users can enter through here.

North West Corner

Having first opened in 2000, the North West Corner is situated between The Kop and The Morrisons Family Stand and became the home of Valley Parade's atmosphere section, from the beginning of the 2021/22 season. Its two tiers hold 2,300 spectators.

ENTERTAINMENT

Pre-Match

The University of Bradford Stadium SALT FanZone is open ahead of each home match.

Located to the rear of The Kop beside the One In A Million car park, the facility represents the ideal place for supporters to gather and soak up the pre-match atmosphere.

It is open from 1.00pm until kick-off at 3.00pm for each of the Bantams’ weekend fixtures, with a selection of soft drinks and snacks on offer as well as Salt IPA’s for £3.75, Carling on draft for just £4.50 per pint and Madri for £5.60, and live music performed.

To read full details on the FanZone, please CLICK HERE

Younger supporters are encouraged to keep their eyes peeled for the club's official mascot, Billy Bantam, who can also be found roaming around the University of Bradford Stadium looking for the perfect photo opportunity, and is always open to a bit of friendly banter with visiting supporters!

Half-Time

Various parades, presentations and ceremonies are held during the half-time break of our home fixtures, while you can listen out for special messages which are being read over the public-address system!

There you will find bars and pubs to enjoy refreshments before and after the match.

PLEASE NOTE: The club DOES NOT have a designated pub for travelling supporters, though The Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane usually admits visiting supporters. Please follow @WYP_Bantams on X, which provides details on away supporter pubs for each matchday.

Food

Approximately a 15-minute walk from the stadium is club partner and Italian family-run restaurant, Mamma Mia.

The city’s leisure centre, The Broadway, has a Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King, KFC and various other eateries and is also around a 15-minute walk away.

Located in the Forster Square shopping park is a Greggs, Costa, Subway and McDonald's.

Inside the University of Bradford Stadium you will find an array of food kiosks, toilets and entertainment services to enjoy before, during and after the game.

Refurbished Tiffin Stadium Catering kiosks can be found freely around the ground in the concourses, offering an abundance of refreshments, with toilets in the concourse of each stand fully accessible.

PLEASE NOTE: The single kiosk in the TL Dallas Stand - along with the concourse - is located outside and is therefore open to the elements. Kiosks in The TL Dallas Stand, when it is open, are unable to serve alcohol WHATSOEVER, due to licensing restrictions.

Stewards can be found in every area of the ground and are more than happy to assist you with any problems.
